The Advisory Council provides advice and tactical leadership regarding the strategic direction and operation of The School of Public Policy. The Council helps guide a practical, global and focused approach to public policy research and education that builds policy capacity in government, enhances public policy discourse outside of government and brings a global perspective to bear on Canadian public policy theory and practice. Under the distinguished leadership of this group of individuals, The School of Public Policy at the University of Calgary has become the flagship school of its kind in Canada.
