Join Young Women in Energy (YWE) for a Lunch and Learn on one of the most difficult leadership challenges – the transition from individual contributor to first time leader. Kim Ketchum, Human Resources Business Partner and Leadership Consultant will explore this transition and facilitate ways to give up the tasks and responsibilities that earned you the leadership title; and show you how to get work done through others. She will explore the psychological shift in both thinking and skill development.
Kim Ketchum has over 20 years of human resources experience and has worked in large and small companies across a variety of sectors – national and international energy, financial services and ECPM. In her roles as HR Business Partner, Manager of Human Resources and Learning & Development Lead, she blends a diverse human resources background with leadership development and coaching. Kim has recently completely a Coaching Program with the Coaches Training Institute and is now operating her new business, Leadership Coach for New Leaders.
Complimentary Leadership Coaching Opportunity
Kim is passionate about helping others develop and has graciously offered three (3) complimentary coaching packages. Each recipient will receive 12 one-hour coaching sessions over a three month period. Sessions may be in in-person, via the phone and/or through Skype.
