The renowned author and expert on international affairs will address these important questions at the upcoming Palmer Lecture held at the University of Calgary. Kaplan was named by Foreign Policy magazine as among the world’s “Top 100 Global Thinkers” in 2011 and 2012 and served on the Pentagon’s Defense Policy Board.
