The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's recently released Northern Border Strategy serves as an important backdrop for discussing a number of key issues related to how the three nations manage their borders. This event will bring together academics, policy analysts, practitioners, business groups and government officials from the U.S., Canada and Mexico to examine and evaluate cross-border trade and security challenges.
