Following the panel discussion will be a cooking demonstration, showcasing fresh local products. The recipe and a list of all the ingredients will be emailed to you a couple of days before the event, along with a list of local suppliers. This way, you can pre-purchase the products and cook alongside us on Zoom or just sit back and watch the demo with a glass of wine!
