The world is changing at an unprecedented rate. Borders as we know them are shifting, and non-state players are causing us to have to rethink security. Perhaps nowhere is this more obvious than in the Middle East, where threats to civilians and nation states are a daily occurrence.

What does this mean for Canada, and for our relationship with entities in the Middle East?  Former Israeli National Security Advisor Dr. Uzi Arad and Former Canadian National Security Advisor Mr. Stephen Rigby tackled these relationships in a discussion moderated by Rudyard Griffiths.
