Submitting References

In the online application form, you will be required to note the name and contact details for your referees.

Once you have submitted your online application and received an email confirmation from the Faculty of Graduate Studies, an email will be automatically sent to your referee to submit a reference through the University of Calgary online system. In this email, your referees will be given instructions on how to submit the reference and well as the deadline for submitting the reference. The School of Public Policy’s contact information will be included in the email should the referee have any questions or concerns.

Once the referee has successfully submitted the reference, an email confirmation will be sent to the referee, copied to you, the applicant confirming that the reference has been received by The School of Public Policy. Your student center to-do list will be updated within 24 hours to show that the reference requirement has been completed.
